Service Description

It’s NOT an aerial silks class. Silks and trapezes share lots in common and are both wonderful workouts! But aerial classes have the slings much higher from the ground. The Yoga Trapeze creates natural traction using your own body weight-the safest and most effective kind. It is great for Strength, flexibility, and balance Kids 8 and up Must Preregister and Pre-Pay spots are limited
