Kids

Kids can improve core strength and gain functional upper body strength while having fun! We will focus on upper body strength and core using the Yoga Trapeze®. This is a monthly class offered once a per week for 60 minutes.

This is a long class and it can be challenging for littles to concentrate for such a time period, because of this we have an age limit of 8 and older.
