Join us in Broken Bow for our third annual Lotus Blossom retreat - a heart-centered, community-rooted, experience designed to nourish your body, calm your nervous system , and reconnect you to yourself.

Through yoga, rest, nature, and intentional connection, you'll be held in a space where nothing is expected of you...and everything is possible.

This is not a performance-based retreat. This is not about doing more.

This is about softening, listening, and returning to your body in a way that feels safe and supported.

 

Every offering is invitational. Every body is welcome.
