The goal is to support the high quality, safe, accessible, and equitable teaching of yoga.

Yoga Instructor

Bria Saintcross

Bria Saintcross has been practicing yoga for eight years and teaching yoga online and in her classroom for four years. She began practicing while completing her Masters degree and working full-time as an event coordinator. She knew she needed to find something to bring peace and balance into her life, but often felt unwelcome in the big city yoga studios. Being of the belief that yoga is a beautiful and powerful tool for self-actualization and personal growth, she knew she wanted to help make yoga spaces more inclusive for people of all body types, abilities, and backgrounds. Bria started attending classes at Lotus B in October of 2022. She found there a community of friends and practitioners that inspired her to complete her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and become a certified yoga instructor. She is excited to embark on this new journey teaching classes in-person at this amazing studio. Bria believes in making yoga work for all body types and is a big fan of props and modifications. She would be thrilled to see you at her next class.

Yoga Instructor

Michelle Anders

My yoga journey began in 2008 as an effort to avoid back surgery caused by injuries sustained during my years of practicing martial arts. Yoga not only saved me from surgery, but changed the course and quality of my life. I completed my RYT-200 at The Yoga Institute in Houston, Texas in 2013, having realized my passion to teach after subbing for my teacher the previous year. To further support accessibility and inclusivity, I attended “Yoga for All Training” in 2017. I owned and nurtured a yoga studio for 7 years, during which I offered my students a practice both calming and alive. This I accomplished by weaving together the restorative stillness that grounds me, the gentle flow of vinyasa that inspires movement, and the mindful breath that unifies them all. I am registered with Yoga Alliance and the National Association of Certified Yoga Teachers. Outside the studio, I love live music of all kinds, and travelling. I’m an animal and nature lover, enjoy reading, gardening, and hanging with my bestie! I believe everyone can benefit greatly from a yoga practice and look forward to guiding you in yours.

My Story

I started my yoga journey as a results of Chronic Lyme Disease. Yoga has changed my life!

I became a fulltime yoga student in 2015 and became a yoga instructor in 2020. I taught my first classes to my fellow soldiers and navy sailor in Afghanistan. Since then I have not stopped! I have continued to learn new techniques, disciplines, and art.

My passion grew and I wanted to help others. I decided to open a yoga studio called Lotus Blossom Yoga & Wellness which opened in 2022. Since then I have met incredible people and made so many connection serving the Lawton community.
