My Role During Birth
My role during birth is to support you- not to make decisions for you. I help you understand your options, ask questions with confidence, and make informed choices that align with your values and needs.
I work collaboratively with your partner and care team to support clear communication and a calm, respectful birth environment. Advocacy, to me, means helping you feel heard, informed, and supported - whatever choices you make.
How we Prepare Together
Support begins during pregnancy with prenatal visits focused on emotional preparation, comfort techniques, and exploring options. Together, we create a clear and collaborative birth preferences guide that can be shared with your care team.
During labor, I provide continuous support focused on comfort, grounding, and communication, adjusting my presence to what feels most supportive for you in the moment.

What Happens Next?

Schedule Your Complimentary Consultation- We meet via Zoom to discuss your due date, birth vision, and the type of support that feels most aligned.

Review & Sign Your Birth Support Agreement- Once we decide we are a good fit, you'll receive a detailed agreement outlining on-call coverage, support scope, and payment schedule.

Submit Retainer to Reserve Your Due Date- Your birth window is officially reserved once the retainer is received. I accept a limited number of births per month to ensure dedicated care.

Begin Prenatal Planning- We start preparing for your birth, comfort measures, advocacy preferences, partner roles, and postpartum planning.
