Doula Support

I offer full-spectrum doula support rooted in informed consent, emotional safety, and collaborative care. My role is to walk beside you — helping you feel supported, informed, and confident in the choices you make for yourself and your family.

My Approach to Doula Care

My role as a doula is not to make decisions for you, but to support you in making informed choices that align with your values, needs, and circumstances. I believe deeply in informed consent, respectful communication, and honoring each person’s autonomy.

I work collaboratively with your partner and care team to help create an environment where you feel safe, heard, and supported. Advocacy, to me, means helping you understand your options, ask questions with confidence, and feel empowered in whatever choices you make.

This is not about pushing an agenda — it’s about supporting you.

What Doula Support Looks Like

Doula support is non-medical, continuous care that centers emotional support, physical comfort, and clear information. As your doula, I am there to support you before, during, and after birth in ways that are responsive to your unique needs.

Support may include emotional reassurance, hands-on comfort measures, guidance through decision-making, and support for your partner as they support you. Care is always individualized — there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

  • Emotional support and grounding presence

  • Hands-on comfort and coping techniques

  • Support navigating options and decision-making

  • Partner support and guidance

  • Continuity of care through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum

How I support You

Support looks different for every family. My role is to meet you where you are — emotionally, physically, and situationally — and offer care that adapts as your needs evolve.

This may include prenatal visits to prepare emotionally and practically, support in creating a clear and collaborative birth preferences guide, continuous labor support focused on comfort and communication, and postpartum care centered on recovery and integration.

Throughout our work together, flexibility, respect, and open communication are central to how I support you.

Ways to Work Together

Birth Doula Support

Support through pregnancy, labor, and birth with a focus on informed decision-making, physical comfort, emotional safety, and collaborative care with your support team.

Postpartum Support

A six-week postpartum support package offering in-home care, recovery-focused support, and guidance through the early weeks after birth.

Getting Started

The first step is a consultation where we connect, talk through your needs, and see if working together feels aligned. This is a space to ask questions, explore options, and get a sense of what support might look like for you.

There is no pressure — just a conversation.

Support begins with connection.
