Gentle and relaxing experience designed to support you throughout pregnancy. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your trimester, comfort level, and unique physical needs, creating a space where your nervous system can soften and your body can truly rest.
I use pregnancy- safe positioning, bolsters, cushions, and techniques to help relieve common discomforts such as low back pain, hip tension, neck and shoulder strain, swelling, and fatigue. Beyond physical relief, these sessions offer emotional grounding stress reduction, and a deeper sense of connection to your body and baby.
As a prenatal yoga teacher, doula, LMT, and holistic practitioner, I approach prenatal care with deep respect for the wisdom of the pregnant body. Sessions are unhurried, intuitive, and trauma0informed, honoring both your physical comfort and emotional well-being.
