Who This Journey is For

This offering was created for mothers who need a safe space to be held- body, mind, and spirit- as they find their way back home to themselves after birth.

It's for the woman who is learning to move gently again, who feels both awe and tenderness in her new body.

It's for the mother who is still finding her rhythm, whose days are measured in feedings , naps, and quiet tears of love. It's for the one who longs for nurturing touch- not to "fix" or "correct," but to restore, soothe, and reconnect.

You may be:

Newly postpartum and seeking relief from swelling, tension, or exhaustion.

Resting at home, honoring the 5-5-5 rule, and wanting care to come to you.

Curious about traditional womb-care rituals like belly binding or cerrada de caderas.

Needing a safe, trauma-informed space to release emotion and receive compassion.

Ready to reclaim you strength, softness and wholeness-one breath at a time.

Every mother's healing journey unfolds differently. You don't have to rush it- we'll walk it together, one gentle session at a time.

Safety & Comfort

Your comfort and well-being are always at the center of this work. Each session is guided by intuition and respect for what your body is ready to receive. Nothing is rushed and everything is done with care.

You're welcome to have your baby nearby, to feed or rest as needed. During in-home visits, I bring everything- linens, oils, and gentle music - so you can simply settle in and receive.

If you've had a cesarean birth, we'll honor your healing timeline. I'll begin with gentle upper-body and lymphatic work until your incision has fully healed and you feel ready for deeper abdominal touch.

Coconut oil is my preferred base- nourishing, unscented, and safe for sensitive skin. I often blend it with a trace of turmeric oil for inflammation support, but this (and any aromatherapy) can always be adjusted for your comfort or sensitivities.

What matters most is that you feel supported, respected, and cared for- physically, emotionally, and energetically. Every session is a conversation between your body and my hands, with no expectations and no judgment.

You've done the sacred work of bringing life into the world. Not let the world hold you for a while.

Frequently Asked Questions

When can I begin postpartum massage?

Every birth and every body is different. Most mother's begin around week 1 to five weeks. postpartum, once they've received clearance from their provider. If you've had a cesarean birth, I'll take a gentler approach- focusing on upper-body, limbs, and energy balancing until you're ready for direct abdominal work.

What do I need to prepare for an in-home session?

Very little. I'll bring all the linens, oils, and equipment. You simply choose a quiet, comfortable space. I will need access to a sink for hand-washing but I will handle the rest so you can stay relaxed and present.

Do I need to book the full 12-Week series right away?

Not at all. You're welcome to begin with a single session or one phase of care. Many mothers find they naturally want to continue as their bodies respond and healing deepens.

Can my baby be with me during the session?

Absolutely. Your baby is welcome- especially for in-home visits. You can pause to nurse, rest, or tend to your little one at any time. The space created is flexible and calm; the rhythm of our work flows around you both.

Is this covered by insurance or TRICARE?

Ath this time, postpartum massage is considered a self-care investment and isn't coverd by insurance or TRICARE. However, you may be able to use and FSA or HSA account for reimbursement, depending on you plan.

What should I wear?

Whatever allows you to stay comfortable and feel safe in your body- a soft robe, nursing top, or loose clothing. I work around your comfort and privacy.
