Purim is a wonderful Jewish holiday to explore through meditation.
Revealing Hidden Truths*:Just as Esther's identity was revealed. What secrets or aspects of yourself might you be hiding?
2. *Reversal of Fortune*: Purim celebrates the turning of fate. Reflect on areas in your life where you'd like to see a reversal of fortune.
Wear a mask, bring a journal and anything you use to meditate with!
