Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us within 2 hours in advance Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to accommodate other scheduled clients. Scheduling Changes: We reserve the right to modify our schedule as needed for staff training, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation Policy for Sauna, Salt Room, and Red Light Therapy Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $25. No shows : Clients who miss their appointments without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
