Cancellation Policy

No fee for cancelling or rescheduling 24 hours before your appointment. We understand life happens. *Refunds: Will only be issued if cancelled 24 hours in advance. Refunds will be minus all service fees and POS charges. No refunds for services rendered. *Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to accommodate other scheduled clients. *Scheduling Changes: We reserve the right to modify our schedule as needed for staff training, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. **Cancellation Policy for Massage/Reflexology/Reiki/ Private Sessions Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $25 No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointments without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. *Payment Policy Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, and most online payment options. Payment at Time of Service: Payment is due in full at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Additional Considerations Client Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to arrive on time and in a condition suitable for massage therapy. Health Concerns: Please inform us of any health conditions or concerns before your appointment. Professionalism: We maintain a professional and respectful environment.
