Meditation in Motion: A blended Practice
Movement, Breath, and Meditation. This class weaves together the mindful alignment of Hatha, creative sequencing of Vinyasa, with longer, more restorative holds. Guided by our breath, moving with intention, transforming our practice into a moving mediation. Expect to release stress, calm the mind, increase concentration, strength, and flexibility, on and off the yoga mat. Explore effort and ease movement and rest, creating a sense of balance. All levels are welcome.
